Is this priced per attorney or per firm?
Digital Card is per attorney or agent — each card is one subscription. A firm with multiple attorneys sets up one Digital Card per person who wants a card. AI Intake Engine is priced per firm, since the AI ISA, compliance work, and carrier registration are set up once for the whole practice.
Why does AI Intake Engine have a setup fee?
The setup fee covers real, per-firm work: state-specific attorney-reviewed message and call scripts, A2P 10DLC carrier registration, and configuring the AI ISA for your practice areas. It's not a generic bot turned on with a toggle — it's reviewed and built for your firm's state before it goes live.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then your card (and AI ISA, if applicable) is taken offline. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.

Who processes my payment?
Digital Card payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — your card details never touch our servers directly. AI Intake Engine is billed directly after your setup call, since scope can vary firm to firm.
